Ever
and
never
are common with this use.
Examples:
Use
ever
in a question.

in a negative response.

3. Saying that actions that we expected they happen didn´t occur. We are still waiting for the
action to happen.
Example:

4. Expressing that an activity has happened sooner than expected.

5. Expressing that an activity has happened a few moments ago.
Example:
