MAURICIO MIRANDA
Mauricio Miranda is a boy from
La
Paz, Baja California.
He is twenty
two years old. He studies biology
at the University. In 2004, together
with some friends, he founded
“Sea
guarders”.
This
is
an
organization
worried
about
dolphins and whales trapped in the
shallow water near the beaches.
Mauricio and his friends instruct
the volunteers in the rescue
operations for doing different
activities such as put ropes around
the whale’s tail and towing it into
deeper water. They take care of
the beaches, too. They enjoy
saving maritime animals.
