Hello Ivan!
I write from Valencia, how are you? Long time not connect, did you get my
last mail?
The last time I told you that I love to find students from different countries
at my school. For example, I have a colleague who is from Morocco and another who lives in
Russia, both are learning to speak Spanish.
Occasionally we sit together to eat, we invite paella or fabada
and they bring typical food from their country to prepare them at home, as the Moroccan couscous,
made dumplings accompanied by vegetables, or solianka Russian soup, which takes
fish, cucumbers and lemon, tastes a little sour, but it is a dish that is served all year.
I enjoy the exchange of ideas, tastes and activities we have at school
with students from other communities. I think attending a school with such
cultural diversity makes me feel very lucky.
